PPS

· PPS, which is able to resist high temperature, is a kind of self-lubricating material with superior mechanical property and with no creep. Compared with PI, PAI and PEEK, it is more economical. It is superior to nylon and POM in terms of performance.

Main characteristics:

· Able to work at 220 ℃ in the long run and at ℃ for a short period of time;

· Superior wearing resistant and tribology performance

· Superior flame retardant property

· Superior electric insulation performance

· Superior chemical corrosion and hydrolysis resistance performance; able to resist all kinds of organic acids, inorganic acids and strong alkaline.

· Good performance under high temperature.

· Small linear expansion coefficient and high dimensional stability under high temperature.
