DURETRON T4203 PAI(Tawny)
As one kind with the best toughness and impact strength in PAI, DURATRON T4203 PAI is able to resist high temperature with stable dimensional stability and machining property. Therefore, it is generally used for manufacturing precise parts for all kinds of high-tech equipment, such as BGA test gauges. It has been widely used in electrical field due to its superior electrical insulation performance.
DURATRON T4301 PAI(Black)
It improves wearing resistance and self-lubrication performance and reduces friction coefficient by PTFE and graphite modification; DURATRON T 4301 also has superior dimensional stability within a wider range of temperature. Thanks to the higher wearing resistance performance,, it could be applied to the bearings, sealing elements and sliding blocks that demand higher wearing resistance performance and have no lubrication.
DURATRON T5530 PAI(Black)
Filled with 30% glass fiber, DURATRON T4203 PAI has better material strength and rigidity and creep resistance. It is applicable to the manufacturing of structural parts with high loads. It shows superior dimensional stability at 250℃, which makes it widely applicable in the occasions where size precision is highly required, such as electronic and semi-conductor industries.
When it is used as sliding block, the surface hardness of the worn surface should be improved properly to prevent the glass fiber components contained in it from bruising the worn surface.

Rotary compressor impeller
DURATRON T4301 PAI is able to maintain good performance in the long run, which makes it ideal in manufacturing rotary compressor impeller. With high material strength and good dimensional stability, it is able to ensure impeller could enter/exit from slotted rotor freely without bonding regardless of a higher temperature.
Beverage can die
Dies made by DURATRON T4302 PAI can be used for supporting the printing of aluminum cans, which enjoys superior dimensional stability and wearing resistance performance with a longer service life and higher production efficiency.
Cup welding base
All these DURATRON T4301 PAI bases could be applied to food packaging machines to seal the aluminum foil of plastic yogurt cups. The base must be highly wearing resistant and its temperature is as high as 200℃.

DURATRON T5530PAI CS and socket are used for chips. The superior dimensional stability of DURATRON T5530PAI pieces within a large range of temperature improves test stability and prolongs service life.

Tips:
DURATRON PAI is easily destroyed by all kinds of chemical components. Steam also lowers the material performance very quickly. KETRON PEEK would be the best choice if the temperature of working environment is high and chemical performance and hydrolysis resistance are also needed.

In light of the high hygroscopicity of DURATRON PAI, it must be dried prior to installation when the parts work under high temperature or the processing precision is high. If the environment is humid and the part works above 200℃ quickly, thermal shock deformation will be caused.
