PTFE, as one of the most commonly used self-lubricating wearing material at present, has been widely used in all fields.

Exclusive physicochemical property:

Strong bonding force of carbon and fluorine atom brings it very excellent chemical stability. It does not react with strong acid and alkaline even under high temperature and is able to resist all media.

Good heat and cold endurance and broad range of temperature; it is able to work at -200℃----+260℃.

Very small friction coefficient; the static friction coefficient is 0.01—0.04.

Good water and weather resistance; it can be saved for above 10 years.

Superior dielectric property.

Thanks to its excellent wearing resistant performance, it is used as the wearing resistant part in projects widely.

The wearing resistant performance, thermal conductivity, mechanical strength and dimensional stability are improved through filling modification.

Existing scope of application:

Our PTFE products include axis sealing ring, hole sealing ring, piston ring, bearing, gasket and all kinds of wearing resistant parts and corrosion resistant products.

Our sealing rings are made of the best materials and are able to resist 45 MPA pressure. They overcome the bonding (creeping) weakness of traditional ones and can resist all media with a long service life. The standard parts can be customized or supplied based on the slot size.

The specially modified material can be used in the steam cylinder piston ring and support ring of large reciprocating piston compressor.

The valve seats can resist high temperature, high pressure and strongly corrode media.
