Materials we use:
T100
Conventional application grade, able to work at 115℃ continuously in the long run; strong mechanical strength and high rigidity; more wearing resistant than general engineering plastic POM and PA;
T101
It contains solid lubricating agent and needs no creeping materials. Low friction coefficient and high load; wearing resistant and smooth operation.
T200
Applicable to the occasions with high load and high strength; able to work at 105℃ continuously in the long run.
T201
Softer than T100; no creeping materials required; low friction coefficient and high load; wearing resistant and smooth operation.
T202
Applicable to the occasions with extremely low temperature such as -200℃; low friction and high mechanical strength.
T300
Applicable to the occasions with oil-free lubrication, low load and high operating speed; able to work at 220℃ continuously in the long run and resist all kinds of corrosive media.
T301
Oil-free lubrication; better mechanical and wearing resistance performance than T300.
T302
Applicable to the wearing of metals such as copper and aluminum and free from bearing wearing; softer wearing resistant materials.
T400
Applicable to the occasions with oil-free lubrication, and high load, speed and temperature; able to work at 250℃ continuously in the long run and resist acid and alkaline.
T500
Applicable to the occasions with oil-free lubrication, and high load, speed and temperature; able to work at 315℃ continuously in the long run.
Such factors as function, temperature, load, operating speed, media and wearing materials must be considered while selecting materials.
