POLYIMIDE
PI As the special engineering plastic developed in 1960s, PI enjoys superior comprehensive performance.
As one of the high temperature resistant self-lubricating polymers, PI is most widely used in aromatics at present and able to work at 315℃continuously and 482℃ discontinuously.
PI enjoys superior chemical stability and oxidation resistance, is insoluble to organic solvents and able to avoid the effect of acid. It has such performances as plasma and radiation resistance. PI also has very excellent electricity (heat) insulation performance so that it can still work under an environment with high temperature, pressure and humidity. It is therefore widely applicable to such fields as electronics, auto and aviation.
Series Designation:

PI+15%GRAPHITE
PI+40%GRAPHITE
PI+15%GREAPHITE+10%PTFE
PI+15%MOS2
It could satisfy different working conditions by modifying such materials as graphite, molybdenum disulfide and PTFE. PI is used for producing bearing, semi-conductor workpiece, clamp and wearing resistant parts thanks to the superior mechanical and machining performance, dimensional stability, high temperature resistance and low gas release.
